How do i clear insane maps?

I am a keyboard and mouse player and I can clear most hard maps with B or A.
so I decided to try insane..
only to fail around 1 minutes into the songs.
I cannot do the quick jumps and also stacked beat circles are also really hard to tap quickly..
is there anyway to ease the transition or is it just trying hard and practicing a lot?

Download more beatmaps and smooth out the progression spikes. Baby steps.

Just download more beatmaps and play consistently

Don't jump on high difficulties like that. Get good at Hards first. When you'll be able to constantly get 95-100% acc fc runs, then you can move forward and look to insanes.

When i was around that level i just played, and when i felt like it i often tried to go a star above, if i could pass that meant i moved on to that level, that was my logic
