Skin Name: Clarity
Creator: EvaRia
Theme: It more or less started with the Hitbursts really bothering me because I found it hard to see behind them. So I rearranged the gameplay elements to make things more visible to me.
Version: 3.1

I've included all add-ons (crosshaired hitcircle, hitbursts without numbers, and an invisible hitburst) already.
You just need to open up the folder and change the filenames for what you want to use.

I'll update the other colours by request.

I'm trying to make this skin as functional as possible, so if you have any ideas for improvement, let me know.
Also, I accept requests for add-ons such as different hitcircle/followpoint patterns as well.

- Changed the hit lighting to be softer

- Slightly skinned some of the basic menu buttons.
- Added a minimalist comboburst
- Added a gradient to a variety of elements, makes it a bit easier to see greys, and I just felt like it I guess.
- Very slightly adjusted hitcircle overlay
- Adjusted Sliderball and Slider Follow Circle
- Animated follow point
- Lowered opacity on crosshairs
- Adjusted Cursor (Slightly smaller, changed the cursor trail)
- Added feathers for star2.

- Started finding some hitsounds (soft-hitclap, soft-hitwhistle)

It feels good to play with this :D

But it bothers me not to know if I got 300 or 100 .. :/
The spinner confused me a little bit at first.

The only bad things I could find with choosing to make this a single colour focused theme would be if the beatmap you're playing on has a predominantly green background or if the user themself is colour blind for shades of green.

Hmm... To be fair, 0,255,0 still shows up fairly well on most shades of green (Just not as good as say red might).


It might not be the best in terms of contrast, but it still plays well.

As for colourblind... I could make a different colour style or something. Maybe a yellow based one as well?

Absolutely love this. Now those fukken layered circles won't trouble me anymore!
Just on a side note, can you make another version where the scores show up as well? (50, 100, 300)
Just the numbers would suffice, cuz sometimes I need those things to go for a perfect combo

Okay, it may have done something weird where it simply dropped the skin folder within the existing skin folder.

Make sure that the new elements are in the first folder, rather than in the later directory.

You need to do this manually by going to Program Files -> osu! -> Skins

Anyone have an idea for what a good combo burst for this would be?

It would be noticeable enough to let you know when you get a combo, but at the same time not too distracting.

I updated a lot of things to be cleaner or easier to see, and there are several colour options available now as well.

Feedback, suggestions, or requests would all be much appreciated.

I can't really see the cursor when I spin (it's a bit bright to see the white outline of the cursor, I mean).

Other than that, very nice skin :D

Hmm...

I guess it's a bit hard to see the actual cursor when you're spinning quickly but I find that it's not too hard to just use the cursor trail to judge where it is.

I'm not sure how much I can do to change that, I've just gotten used to it personally.
