Marshe!~ Este el timing correcto. Debes elimintar todas las demás lineas con cambios de BPM porque siempre tiene el mismo.
Que amable soy dando timings voluntarios :3

BPM: 146,00
Offset: 2.530

Obviamente luego de cambiar el timing vas a tener que volver a ajustar todas las lineas verdes con cambios de velocidad, hitsound o lo que sea, y también ajustar todas las notas denuevo a los ticks llendo a Timing > Resnap all notes.

En General le vas a tener que dar Resnap all notes por el cambio de offset y Recalculate Slider Lenghts por el cambio de BPM
