i have 10k maps and it takes forever to put into star groups

so i have 10k maps and whenever i press F5 and lets do this it does 25 songs , is there a way to do all of them at once?

When you import beatmaps, it should do just those 25 songs.

Star rating calculation is a background task that runs as long as the game client is running (not sure if it does during gameplay as well). Refreshing the beatmap database doesn't influence it if they are already in the beatmap list.

Refreshing the beatmap lists (F5) causes it to reprocess all the maps, if there are no new maps to process, which takes a long time. If it shouldn't, then it is certainly a bug. When there are new maps to process, it just processes the new maps.
