Actually it is not recommended to follow vocal when making a Normal diff for such song because vocals are quite random. That's why your rhythm here at 00:27:265 (1,2,3) - sounds quite random and hard to catch.
I think you might consider going over the rhythms across this difficulty. There is always a simple option for making Normal: following the drums or downbeats instead of vocals.

Additionally, 00:45:496 (1,2,3) - this kind of placement is not that proper. You stacked 00:45:727 (2,3) - , between which the rhythm gap is the same as 00:45:496 (1,2) - . Therefore players might tend to have confusions since new players, to whom the map is aimed, largely depend on spacing to read rhythms instead of AR. Stacked pattern reflects no spacing information, so it would be a hard point for them to get over. That's probably why the ranking criteria is advising to stack only one kind of rhythm gap for lower difficulties.

00:44:111 (1,2,3,4) - It is not quite reasonable to abruptly shrinken the DS here. The pitch of vocals is getting higher, so larger spacings might be assigned on those notes.

00:03:842 (2,3,4,5,6) - 这块1/4处理跟你前奏其他的都对不太上，我感觉最好不要拆开00:03:957 (3,4,5,6) - 这两组换成短滑条？
00:15:265 (3,4,1,2,3) - 这里遮挡太难了。。然后FLOW也不是顺着来的，所以初见打起来特别懵逼
00:16:304 (7,1) - 其实我觉得这里不要折返会比较舒服ORZ我也是初见被坑
00:54:727 (3,4,5,6) - 这里也不太明白为什么拆成两组小间距，前面都是大间距来着。。。
00:56:573 (3,4,5,6) - 这场来说的话我觉得上面一条应该跟着组一个间距的用法，会更舒服
00:57:957 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - 这块我真的只能说我去摸图的话懂，但是打起来这里间距突然变得很小，打不懂(我太弱

00:53:804 (1,2,1,2) - 这种啊，打起来都不舒服，还很莫名，音乐也没有那种前中后轻的感觉，音效也没有衬托。总结:不如DS走过去
00:56:111 (1,2,1,2) - 同上，还有好多类似的，不说了
01:07:188 (1) - 你的音效没换成DRUM
01:22:303 (2) - 这里我连上了，当时脑内第一反应:曲奇也不过如此吧
