only reason you need to eat a lot when you're a teenager is because you're growing and your body needs the nutrients
food also just tastes good so i like to eat food because it tastes nice
but your body is capable of fasting for long times and storing important nutrients for a long time. i don't think breakfast is necessary at all honestly but i like to eat cereal so i give myself breakfast sometimes
just make sure to get enough salt electrolytes in your diet, but not too much
