people can live off less food than they think

only reason you need to eat a lot when you're a teenager is because you're growing and your body needs the nutrients

food also just tastes good so i like to eat food because it tastes nice

but your body is capable of fasting for long times and storing important nutrients for a long time. i don't think breakfast is necessary at all honestly but i like to eat cereal so i give myself breakfast sometimes

just make sure to get enough salt electrolytes in your diet, but not too much

I never eat breakfast and rarely eat dinner. I live off of lunch, plus a small snack such as an apple and some fruit juice.

You're like me, except I don't eat as unhealthy (excluding snacks).

Also, two meals a day is enough if you aren't doing exercise or physical activity.

Indeed. I never have breakfast since I don't feel hungry in the morning, but I'm fine with it.
