How do YOU click for Osu!?

I use Z and C (for some reason I stream WAY better using Z and C vs. Z and X. Maybe its just the spacing differnce lol, they don't get jammed as easily). I can stream about 200BPM with Z and C and about 270 if I click with my tablet and C.
*I also use a standard keyboard although I'm looking into Razor Black Widow*
What are your clicking techniques?

S & D, Left Index & Middle fingers. My middle finger doesn't do well on lifting though (like, when I start streaming, my middle finger will fall behind and just sit on the S key while trying to stream).... Not sure what I can do about it :p

Left and right mouse buttons, along with z and x.

I really only use the right mouse button when I'm caught off-guard, though, so my left hand ain't on the z/x keys when I need to do a stream. I primarily use the left mouse button for slower notes, and z/x for streams.

I use mainly just the left mouse button, but left and right when I can't manage the pace.

I use Internet Explorer 9, voluntarily, after trying the most recent versions of all major competing browsers.
I feel this information is very important to share so that others may disparage my opinion.

Disabled mouse-clicks while in play. Using W/D. Alternate fingers.

Left click on the mouse + E on keyboard.
Needless to say I am very, very bad at alternating at the moment.

And I actually use my tablet pen for spinners.

I used to only left click on the mouse, but then I realized that I was never gonna be able to single click streams. lol
now I use w/e for streams and spinner and left click for the rest.
W/E:
-pinky on left shift
-4th on "A"
-middle on "W"
-2nd on "E"
-Thumb on space

left click + M as always
