ryo or supercell, not both? i'm fairly sure that even though they use that in the video, we here in osu use our own formats.
First offset is a bit early.
fix first offset and you won't need a second one, since second one is even earlier.
Starting the first offset way before the start of the song is completely unnecessary - You're allowed to stack inheriteds on reds.
third offset is close but still seems a tiny bit off. You likely shouldn't need more offsets than 1.
tl;dr your offsets suck, plz fix

I'm a big fan of big circles on normals, set 'em to 3?
00:34:511 (3) - the start of the kiai is the most powerful beat in the entire song. yet you use a sliderend to get it. Please at least make it a slider start.
01:57:554 - want to buy note

00:34:946 (3) - See normal
01:00:815 (4,5,1) - this pattern flows extremely strangely. jerking back and forth, all that bad stuff. Try to make it flow more evenly like the other patterns you use.
01:39:294 (1,2,3,4) - this pattern doesn't read well at all. Shorten them a bit.
01:44:946 (2) - newcombo to keep with your silly thingy here
01:58:424 (6) - y u do dis
02:14:511 (6,7,8,9) - i disagree with this pattern, not as badly as others but ok
02:47:120 (1) - why do u do dis

00:07:120 (1) - silencing sliderstarts is bad mapping. and unrankable, but that's secondary.
00:15:373 (7,8) - maybe you could do something better with this than the ugly hitburst overlapping and stuff. Try extending into the bottom right.
00:33:424 (2) - make this evenly lined up with 1 and 3? (just halve the "next" thing since you halve the SV)
00:40:598 (6) - if you could avoid placing this under a previous slider i'd greatly appreciate it.
01:38:859 (5,1,2,1,2,1,2) - you need to make up your mind as to whether you want to use big jumps, normal spacing, or huge anti-jumps, because right now the entire thing is jerky and feels like crap.
02:05:381 (9) - way too far bro
02:47:554 (1) - omg yeeessssss ilovethis

Tick rate 2 sounds fine too

00:33:207 (2) - Sounds better with one repeat off. That or follow only the beats or only the vocal.
01:01:250 (10) - I don't recommend stacking under slider ends for the easiest of a set.
01:16:902 (8,9) - ^ etc. There are plenty more if you decide to change these.
01:56:685 (3) - Same thing as before

02:47:120 (1) - Kinda soon after a spinner for this level of difficulty

I didn't use re-KIAI in Normal so there were some differences

Tick rate 2 sounds fine too 1 is my best choice :p

Mm, the reasoning behind the removal of new combo spam is that it messes with the HP drain metric. It's pretty much a no-effort HP refill. I might understand if it was preceding a really difficult part, but you keep things pretty consistent afterward. Ah well.
