Lyncher Mafia [Lyncher Win!]

This game restarted due to unclear rules; the reboot starts on page 4.

This is a 5 player Lyncher setup.

Roles
1 Lyncher
1 Mafia
3 Townies, one of which is an (uninformed) Lynchee.

Win Conditions
Lyncher - The Lynchee is lynched while the Lyncher is alive. If the Lynchee is nightkilled, the Lyncher then wins with the town.
Mafia - Last man standing.
Town - Both the Mafia and Lyncher are dead, or the Mafia is dead and the Lynchee has been nightkilled.

Rules
-No lynch is not allowed.
-The Lynchee will only be revealed as a Townie if nightkilled.
-The game ends when any party meets their win condition.
-The game ends in a draw if the lyncher and lynchee are the only two players remaining.
Everything else follows the standard ruleset.

Lyncher has the best chance to win even after dying. Mafia just has to kill everyone. Lyncher can't kill (or it would be unfair) and I asked the MOD.

The town might want to win with the Lyncher since getting the Lynchee killed during the day is end-game.
We need to kill the mafia now, so rust45 is my first vote for now. The town could also lynch the Lyncher and search for the
mafia or believe the Lyncher and use process of elimination to find the mafia, then kill the lynchee last in a day vote.
(or be mean and let the Lyncher lose after helping you)

LunaticMara seems townie because of his gambit of voting himself.
I don't know why animask is claiming lyncher.

Why is this so? Even if you were Lyncher and Mara was Lynchee, why did you not include me?

Actually I've come up with some sort of a plan. I suggest we keep on voting no lynch until Day 3. This is to minimize the chance of getting a lyncher win, and at the same time lower possible mafia suspects. (2 out of 5 die)
In addition, if lynchee gets killed, town gets +1 member.

On the other hand, we will lose voting information and analysis for the rest of the day.

Thoughts on this?

I was sleeping when this started so...

Anyway, Hitter, that plan won't work as the OP clearly states that we cannot vote to no lynch. And besides, in a game as small as this, we don't want the mafia to pick off our few town members.

Oh yeah. I did overlook the fact that we couldn't no lynch. Was a good plan though if it were possible.

Right now we have 5 players. The chance of lynching maf would be 1/5.
If we no lynched for two days (which sadly I now know isn't allowed) we would bring it down to 1/3.
Better odds + a chance for the lynchee to be NK'd - converting lyncher to town.

The Lyncher must be alive when the Lynchee is lynched.

Sorry I forgot to specify that, as that's pretty much always the rule for Lynchers.

OK you know what, that's a pretty big thing to not specify in the rules, so I'm gonna call this game.

I'll do a fresh restart if the current players are up for it. If so, I'll reuse this thread and link to the beginning of the reboot in the OP.
