Well, for starters, Zerostarry's offset is all kinds of messed up. Change it to 3810, and the time signature to 4/4. Other than that, the beatmap is fine.

Change the BPM to 115.0, none of that 114.998 bullshit or its never gonna get ranked lol. The offset 3810 is still good.

There are alot of phrases that you've mapped that are the correct rhythms, but aren't placed well on the timeline. I'm not gonna make a nazi list right now because I don't have the time / patience, just slow it down and listen for yourself... many are easy to spot.

There are way too many breaks in this song with the health drain still killing you. It is incredibly hard to keep your life up because of this. This is a "hard" map. Fill in the spaces. Remember Spacing!
Insane
We already have a Hard Rock mod. Make this difficulity distinctly different from Hard, or scrap it. If you wish to keep it, remember to fill in the spaces. It is even more important here because the health drain rate is larger! Remember Spacing!

Technical Errors
Easy
*00:04:679(2,3,4): Move these three notes 2/6 of a beat forward.
*00:37:114(1,2,3,4): First, these four notes aren't snapped on the timeline. EASY FIX: See that combo at 1:54:418? Make this have the same spacing on the timeline as that one. Make sure after you do what you need to to to make the spacing the same that the notes aren't in a place where they are mistimed.
*00:41:273(2,3,4): Move 2 1/6 of a beat forward. Do the same with 3. 4 is not snapped, so snap it by moving it forward and then move it forward 1/6 of a beat.
*00:45:031(1,2,3,4): Oh god this area is so horribly screwed up. None of these four note are snapped, just like at 37. See "EASY FIX" above.
*00:57:027(1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4): More unsnapped notes! Snap them by moving forward, but move all of them an additional 1/6 of a beat forward. While you're at it, do the exact same thing to the next combo.
*01:07:462(1,2,3,4): See the above correction but only do it to this combo :)
*01:11:897(2): Unsnapped. Move it forward a little bit but bring it another 1/6 of a beat forward.
*01:15:288(1): Read this carefully. Move the slider 2/6 of a beat forward. However, you must shorten the slider so it ends where it ended BEFORE you moved it. Got that? Good :D

Alright, I'm not gonna do a Nazi list for this because
A. There will be a million and a half errors
B. These errors will like be a whole bunch of UFP's
C. These UFP's will likely be in the same places as in Normal, with more here and there
So, in general for hard, you see a note that isn't exactly on a tick in the timeline, use the UFP on it. This saves ME an hour of typing, you see?

*00:38:853(7,8): In every instance of this combo, PUT ANOTHER NOTE BETWEEN 7 AND 8!!! Anybody worth his salt will attempt to hit the note that SHOULD be here and lose his/her combo, so fix it!

I will NOT do Insane, mostly because every error will be exactly the same as Hard, and due to the fact that you wish to scrap it.

If I were a BAT, this beatmap would be NUKED, and then NUKED again! FIX IT!

Uhm 1- I did this with 1.4 snap divisor.
and 2 The BPM changed while I was mapping this to 114.998 somehow.
done all what u said except that 7,8 thing on the bottom.
Cause 1 it fells better the way it is and also Just slightly pause between 7 and 8


I wanna scrap Insane anyway Unless a majority of people want Insane.

Generally, make sure when you use blue ticks, it is on notes. Because from what it seems is that you depend on blue ticks too much. So, go through your other difficulties, check if the blue ticks you have beats on are actually following something.

Other than the spacing, I see you did nothing to follow the list I gave you as the beats are still in the same position.

I am not resuming to mod until you fix every single thing my list demands for Easy... as they are really quite offbeat.

01:41:63 (1) - Move it just a touch closer to (2). A little to the right will do it.

The distance between full beats feels a little stretched for some of this map, in my opinion. I won't make a big deal of this.
00:25:98 (3) - Please get this closer to (2).
00:41:72 (2) - This doesn't seem to be snapped to anything, whether a 1/4 beat or an 1/8 beat.
01:12:94 (4) - Fix the distancing between here and (3) (2-3 and 3-4 aren't equal).
01:43:20 (3) - Bit close to (2), especially when you compare to the 1/2 beat distancing with the rest of the map.
02:43:98 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - Contrary to what I first said, most of these beats feel a little close.

Hard
I already see more that needs some tweaking in this than the other two.
00:04:85 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Figure out spacing, please. 2-3 is very, very notably closer than the others. Havne't even goten past the first ten seconds yet lol.
00:09:81 (4) - Feels kinda close to (3). Review spacing.
00:10:33 (5) - Definitely too close to (4).
00:16:07 (3,4,5,6) - The last beat here sounds more like it should be a little later than it is... Move 1/4 beat forward and figure what you'll do here. I don't typically like stacks with varying beat timing, though I don't think I'd have too much to complain for this.
00:21:54 (2,3) - I'll point out the need for spacing review.
00:25:20 (4) - Same thing.
00:25:89 (5,6,7) - These don't seem snapped to anything... I THINK you want these snapped to 3/8, 7/8 and again 3/8 beat points here (meaning so that they're on the yellow ticks right after the blue). With that the case, I won't say anything about spacing.
00:41:72 (2) - Snap to the 5/8th?
00:42:24 (4) - Snap this as well?
00:45:02 (3) - Sounds and feels off. I'd say to move 1/4 forward and check your spacing.
01:42:41 (5) - In my opinion, sounds better when lengthened 1/4 beat. Of course, if you do this, adjust your spacing to make sure everything is right.
01:52:72 (11) - This isn't mapped to anything that I can pick up at all. I'd say it's safe to take it out.
01:58:94 (2) - Not snapped... I think you want this on the 5/8th.
02:02:50 (3) - Sounds off. I think, move it back (<- that way) 1/4. And make sure you're spacing is right.
02:45:02 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15) - No matter how many times I watched this, I couldn't follow. Especially with (12) being immediately next to (11). This part could use a cleanup, in my opinion.
Oh. And did I say to go through the whole map after that and double-check your spacing? Do that.

Overall, really nice map, just needs some tweaks.

Noticed just a couple little things when replaying this.

Normal:
00:24:41 (1,2,3,4,5) - This combo still needs a spacing check. There's too much space between 3 and 4 now.

Hard:
You did really well in cleaning this up. :)
00:07:33 (9) - I know I said something about this beat before. D: I don't know what though. Except that I mentioned that it bugged me? Get more input on this lol.
00:24:41 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Maybe make sure the second half is snapped to the 1/4 beats and adjust spacing? I don't know. I seem to have different feelings about certain parts now. Again, get some more input from someone else, because I'm not entirely certain.
02:02:50 (3) - Might have pointed out before? I think this would do well moved back (<- That way) 1/4 beat. And adjust spacing after that.
02:32:24 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - I think these combos need just a little more space between each of them.

Also, for all the difficulties, I've now taken notice that there doesn't seem to be much for hit sounds. There's that one finish, and a COUPLE whistles... Though a few more well-placed whistles would be very nice.

Oh. And I forgot to mention before. D: Love the skin. So, on a note to the side of the actual map, I'd love to see this worked up to a full skin for osu! <3 Seriously, after supper, I'm swapping skins, because that's how amazing this is.

Did what you said that was necessary except those sliders that you said either way since I prefer how they are and I didn't change the offset(the offset was by accident) I'll change it if a BAT recommends using your offset.

I did what you said and to fix the 3 1 repeat sliders near the end I made it in the upside down T formation.

I think the maps are ok, but Hard feels more like an alternate Normal than a harder level of play. Try making it a bit harder, no need to make it hardcore or anything, just harder.
