Favorite A+B just aint enought i feel.
For me:
favA: favorite regular song/maps
FavB: favorite stream song/maps
FavC: would be favorite extreme songs/maps

Just a thought.

Basically this isn't needed because you can already create as many folders as you want to group maps into. Simply create a new folder in your songs directory in the osu! folder and place maps into it, then "sort by folder" in-game.

Going to deny this as it already exists.
