BPM and offset sounds fine to me. But you need to add a timeline with offset 4002 to adjust metronome.

Your map has a LOT of sliders. It's not necessarily a bad thing but it becomes a bit silly on easier difficulties (10 circles total on the Easy? Really?)

00:00:336 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,1,2) - I suggest deleting all of this. The notes were place before the red timing section, and it could give the map some natural audio lead-in.
01:30:669 - This speedup is not needed and is not intuitive either, please fix.

Hm, I've made a Easy which has just 13 circles and it seem fine http://osu.ppy.sh/b/111591&m=0. I prefer using sliders for easier diffs as you do not have to hit them on time to get a 300, but just follow the slider track and this is easier for beginners especially. Sliders allow you to make nice clean jump as well.

01:30:669 - This speedup is not needed and is not intuitive either, please fix. I disagree, I try mapping this part in Hard without speed up and it just doesn't feel right. Slow slider then jumps isn't really nice and this part of the song feel like it need a speed up anyway.

You will surely ask why I suddenly modded hitsounds on this diff. It's because the finishes finally started bugging me here after seeing strange finishes on [Hard] & [Insane] as well. Would be good if you take a look at those diffs with the same suggestions here.

The start of the map really confuses me and is really hard to map. I recommend you to remove the start.

(A little talk) In the beginning part, I think about kind of chinese hitsounds(attachment) most. I try add it and think that it's nice. (Just saying in case you'd prefer.) Also, in some part (especially in slow part, these hitsounds could help improve map.) You may have to ask someone's permission. dunno who is the real creator, since there are people using a lot now.

The space is not really noticeable for the easier diffs through.
*00:26:668 (3) - Add f I understand why you want me to put a finish here, but there is already at the end of the next note, finish spam doesn't sound good.

Personally, I think the hitsound is fine for Insane and Normal + Hard follow the hitsound pattern for Insane so they should be fine as well. Some of your finish suggestion make sense, but having several finish in a row make it loses it effect (which is to emphasize a part) and more than likely, I can use a whistle instead (which I did for the most part) so that's why I disagree with most of them. Even through I didn't follow your mod, I fix up hitsound a bit in all diffiuclties so ty for hitsound mod.

[Easy]

Please complete the full set Skin. I can't make a skin :/, I made a custom spinner and a recolored cursor since they're very easy to make. I think it fit fine with the default skin and most custom skin out there.

The spacing errors you mentioned are all intentional. When you mod Hard/Insane, if you see a spacing error, only point them out if they play weird. For example, "This jump doesn't make sense at all, the music slow down here, so you should probably keep spacing the same here" or "At 00:23:565, you use this same pattern without the jump, so why did you put a jump here?" and so forth. Just keep this in mind for future mods.

I changed how I do my new combo and I have a better idea of how to do hitsound now, and jumps too so maybe that's why Insane is quite different. Plus, I'm testing with minor spacing change like at 00:01:002 (5). Don't seem like many people like this, so I prob won't do this again for my next Insane.

this is only suggestions... it's up to you to take care about this or not I map this Insane a long time ago and Hard is following the beat placement of Insane so that's probably why I'm following vocal way too much. Looking at it now, I notice a few place where I could put streams, but I rather not as it doesn't fit with how I map this Insane. About, Hard, I'll be sure to use more hit circle next time. I use lot of sliders as I was worried about star rating. Expect a better Insane for my 5th beatmap, 4th was map the same time as this one and my 1st beatmap, although I'm currently remapping, the song doesn't really have any drum / guitar I can follow so I have to follow the vocal.

    Delete .osb Redownload, there is no .osb. The .osb keeps on coming every time you make a change in the editor. I have to make sure there is no .osb in the folder every time I full submit.

  5. 01:06:169 (5) - Spacing too far, may confusing player I think it's fine. It's a slider, so you do not have to time it perfectly to get 300 and this part feel like your mouse should move a little faster (slight jump here). Also want to keep symmetry with next part and you're the first one to mention this.
  6. 01:30:668 - Emm, I feel this 1.5xBPM come out too sudden, while it's playable, maybe use 1.2xBPM would make it played more comfortable? Hm, I disagree, slider ticks, new combo, and a straight slider should help you read this space change. And using 1.2x feel a little bit too little for me and sort of lose the point of having a speed up in the first place.

Let me know when this map have 8SP K, will try to get the 2 final stars. If by next week I still don't have it. I just star the last 2 stars myself.

--Tick rates are a little different between difficulties, just pointing it out. If you purposely did it like that, I don't really mind.

Insane

00:00:336 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3) - idk if it's just me, but something like this just feels better being in one whole combo since all notes are equally spaced, and the music does not change phrases. It's still playing that one note.
00:02:502 (1,2) - this one slider seems a little boring to me. Also, it sounds weird to have to notes at 00:03:085 and 00:03:169 imo. It just feels and sounds weird to me. You could possibly try something like this if you want:
00:03:335 (6) - the finish sounds a little weird. use a whistle or something instead?
00:05:335 (4) - new combo to follow music more and remove combo from next note?
00:54:501 (x) - add note. sounds better to me.
00:55:835 (x) - ^
01:02:835 (x) - ^, or you can extend 01:02:502 (1) - this slider to 01:02:835.
01:06:669 (1,2) - the spacing will just look a lot more neater and nicer imo if you just moved these notes closer together. i know you want 01:06:002 (4,5) - to be symmetrical with these notes, so you can move those two notes closer together as well.
01:18:168 - this section has really weird combo colors that don't land in logical spaces with regards to the music. you just have new combos at the beginning of each new pattern that you have. Usually it's better to have new combos at every downbeat.

--in general, i would like the spacing to be more exact. I don't mind jumps and such, but things such as 01:26:168 (1,2,3,4) - definitely should be in a diamond shape, or at least have equal spacing.

01:36:001 (1) - if you are going to start the spinner here, it makes a lot more sense to end this spinner at 01:36:835. it just doesn't make sense to end a spinner after a song ends, unless you notes on the last beat of the song. in insane, you have notes at the end of the song, and it makes more sense if you add spinner that way.

01:18:335 (1) - remove combo and add new cmobo to next note
01:36:001 (1) - smae as hard

Easy

00:54:335 (1) - start this slider at 00:54:668, and add a note at 00:54:335.
