Does anyone know a solution for the problem where using a drawpad and windows 10 is not allowing you to customize the sensitivity ingame?

for variuos reasons, (school) i cannot change my wii am stuck windows, so i am stuck with windows 10. Is there any solution that can help me be able to play my favourite game again?
