Problem Details:
Can't start osu! at all. It has always worked, I never download anything shady and I don't delete anything but pictures. I wanted to do some pp grinding but an error popped up on osu! when I tried to launch it. It read "cant load Intel ICD OpenGL driver" followed by osu!'s oh no pop up. I've looked for answers, but the only similar issues I've seen were from people with desktops having their error prompt be "Can't find the name of the Intel ICD OpenGL driver."
My graphics card is an Intel HD Graphics 520. Could anyone help me out with this. It seems to require different solutions with it being a Surface Pro 4.
