Just like when watching a video from niconico, there's a list of comments right after the video..
How about having it in the beatmap's Scores and Details page, maybe right next to the current leader..
The comments are arranged chronologically, separated by game type or by difficulty.
In game type and difficulty specific comments, it will only show when you're on that difficulty/game type..
If there's a comment for a specific player, something like an "(@username)" will do after the time...
00:03 -> kawaii
00:05 (@Cookiezi) -> yeah, not again!!
00:09 -> lolwwww
00:09 -> storyboard is too bright!!
00:09 -> can't see very well...
01:20 (@Hatsune Miku) -> ばかじゃないｗｗｗｗ
01:55 -> あああああ～～～～
02:01 -> nice bg...
Of course, leaving comments directly on the page are not allowed, just let players see what the others say about the replay...
