-00:27:316 (3) - 7 notes stream is a bit too much. the usual 5 notes is enough when the rhythm isnt even in the song
-00:31:899 (4,5) - 00:42:566 (4,5) - circle + slider fits a lot better the drums, which is what you focus the most during this section
-00:32:899 (2) - could be like http://puu.sh/xLATF/113f2a893b.jpg . first time the music is intense but you just use a reverse, which is underwhelming imo
-01:14:750 (6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - id suggest changing this rhythm for something that is more playable with all these bpm and offset changes. for example like http://puu.sh/xLBk5/21c5f9fec2.jpg less circle oriented will certainly help in these cases
-01:38:238 (1,2,3) - if you're going to do that, it'd be better if you use 1/6 like the rest of the diffs. more time to react and make more sense with the song than a random 1/8

-00:37:899 (2) - missing clap
-01:04:584 (3,4,5) - spacing looks messed up, especially when everything else constant ds. using a more equal spacing makes more sense
-suggestions from exex diff carry over here since it's pretty much the same diff with less spacing xd

00:11:234 (1,2,3,1) - Je trouve cet antiflow maladroit par rapport à 00:12:066 (4,5,1) - . Un CTRL+G ici 00:11:401 (2,3,1) - semble plus judicieux.
00:34:566 (2,4,6) - Petit détail visuel, mais avoir un spacing constant entre ces cercles semblerait plus joli. Cela peut se faire en rendant 00:34:399 (1,2) - et 00:35:066 (5,6) - parallèles
00:35:566 (2,3,4) - Stack les, vraiment. L'accélération ici 00:35:399 (1) - puis la décélération soudaine entre ces objets rend vraiment le pattern maladroit.
01:15:822 (3,4,5,6,1) - Je ne suis pas convaincu par la manière dont ça joue. Cet angle 01:15:905 (4,5,6) - paraît vraiment difficile à appréhender. Je te conseille de rendre les triplets plus horizontaux ou alors circulaires.
01:25:916 - Le SV devrait baisser au lieu d'augmenter. L'accélération doit se faire ici 01:26:249 - comme convenu pour marquer le passage d'une section à une autre.

Au fait, petit souci. Ce slider 01:14:750 (6) - ne s'achève pas sur le downbeat comme il le fait dans la Insane ou la Hard (ce qui d'ailleurs a posé quelques soucis de ranking par le passé il me semble, comment vous avez fait pour la longueur ?)

Le problème ne se pose pas ici par exemple 00:02:900 (3,4,5) - car (5) suit une autre direction que celle du flow, tu devrais faire pareil.
00:08:733 (6) - Cela semble mériter un peu plus d'emphasize.

00:40:483 (2,3) - this is just too far, unlike 00:38:483 (2,3) - which is supported by the slider underneath (you have a mini break after a large 1/4 gap) this one doesn't have it. It's connected to another circle which is very tough to play. Just reduce the spacing and I have never seen you done this again either.
01:30:416 (3,4) - shouldn't this be a triplet?
01:31:416 (3) - stack
01:36:249 (1) - would be cooler if you make this 1/2 slider instead so that both of the 1/4 drum sounds are clickable, they're very noticeable and should be clickable because everything else 01:36:749 (3,4,5,6) - are clickable too
01:47:071 (2,3) - move these guys to blanket with the long slider like coor x:135 y:256 don't actually use the coordinates I suck at blankets it's just an estimation.

Awesome map. Normal difficulty had the approach rate too slow that is almost confusing in my opinion, but sogun's hard was super fun!

01:15:516 (1) - I don't know if this is timed correctly, red lines should more or less be used to follow the instrument that you're following here, recheck this with someone better.

Storyboard
Pop reason is that Flash.png is unnecessarily scaled up to be 2-3 times larger than the background, which causes a bit of storyboard load, and it isn't even needed, as you aren't changing the size of it while it's there.
To improve this, just take a crop of the image in the center, only crop what you see in the storyboard. In your SB editor, scale that image to be the same size as the background. You now have the same effect without causing a small load spike every time it comes in.

Other SB stuff
Both flashes at 00:01:567 (1) - and 00:02:067 (2) - take 1/1 to fade out. Why not make the second flash fade out faster since the piano ends faster?

my issue with this is even doing everything you said resulted in minimal changes- I got sb load down to 3.99x from 4.0 by doing this, which I think we can agree is abysmally low. I’ll get in touch with someone in discord tommorow but honestly nothing i’ve tried has worked.

Quick recheck on the SB:

Would suggest adding a blur filter on sun-addon.png, or try to remake it from scratch at a higher quality since the jagged lines from aliasing are quite noticable.

Also might be cool if the foreground also got brighter every time the sky flashes during the beginning part. So I would either use an edit of bg-cut.png or use another flash.png ontop with a with more transparency.
