Unable to run puush

Okay so when I run puush it exists and asks me to send error reports as usual. I'm not sure why, but I got all .NET Frameworks installed and all Visual C as well.

I'm running a Windows XP SP3 with all patches installed. Works for my other PC with Win 7 installed.

Cant copy error report for some reasons though; but the error code's 0xe0434f4d to my concern. Said that the .NET Frameworks require a reinstall. Did that and still nothing happens.

I'll drop and logs if you need it later.

Is it an installion cannot begin error or just generally after the program is installed and you try to run thr program, it refuses to do so whilst coming up with the error code combined with detailed error report.
If so you could just take a screenshot (I forget how error reports look like in XP) and paste it here.
