The CTL-471 is a model that I regularly see people recommend to new players as a tablet to use for Osu!.
One downside that this tablet has compared to the no longer produced CTL-480 is that the preferences program doesn't allow the user to set the active area using coordinates.
I've written a simple program that lets you use coordinates to set the active area in a way that is similar to how this is done on the CTL-480.
The program can be used on both Windows and Mac OS X.
