It would also give half a beat of rest for the player to regain some control after the jacks since the pattern generally requires a tighter focus to execute properly. i can 100% all of them each time with 100% HS or 0% HS so i don't think it's a problem persay, and as of the beat, i can still hear all the 1/4 here so it's still can be used, and from the point of regaining control i don't think it's too much of a problem to use it there generally of how i experience the chart myself but i did what you mentioned to the lower diffs because i agree with you on those points, just not in a harder difficulty like MX

01:12:885 (72885|0) - would move this to 3 for ptoper flow to the LN above
01:15:028 (75028|3) - move to 4 for proper balance towards next pattern
01:37:314 (97314|3,97528|0,97743|1,97743|2) - could do something like i mention first but mirrored
