So i want to record and/or livestream my osu! to twitch, but are these specifications good for at least playing at 2 or 3ms (with background video) while livestreaming?

i5 7300HQ 3,5GHz
8GB DDR4 RAM
GTX 1050 4GB
Windows 10 Home
256GB SSD

I'm playing on an i3 4130,
8GB DDR3 CL11 800Mhz,
Radeon HD 6850,

And I can't even get 5ms playing while not streaming...

You have a GTX 1050 and an i5 which should be more than enough to get neat performance while live streaming. Most people will only watch at 720p and on their phones any way. So you don't have to stream at 1080p 144Hz 2.5k bit-rate.

Without background video yes, with, no.

No, low frame timings are restricted to Windows 10 Professional only.

but is it enough to record at 1080p then?

Try it and tell us the results. None's going to buy your setup and try it for you.

That will easily be able to stream with 720p and 2-3ms as long as you don't run stuff in the back you should have little to no problem streaming. Streaming at higher resolutions may results in lower FPS but you really only need 60-144 fps. Stream quality is also based on internet speeds so without good internet 720p can be pretty hard to get

Yes those specs are more than enough to stream 1080p to twitch :)

4gb of memory and I get 5ms while playing. Your specs seem definitely better than mine so yeah playing osu really shouldn't be a problem there

nope, you cant live stream with these specs

you need at least 8 gb of ram to stream osu while having good ms and frame rate
idk about processor but you at least need 1 gb of vram

I have i5 4th gen + 8gb of ram and i still cant stream osu without frame spikes
