[invalid] Can't play

Hello,
I formatted my pc and now I need to verify my account,but I don't remember its email.
I created another account and it didn't let me play of course. I tried to contact osu's support but after a week they didn't reply,can I do something about this?

Which email did you contact?

Make sure it was accounts@ppy.sh

If they didn't respond, please try to be a bit more patient. I would avoid sending another email untill it's been a bit longer. Make sure the email you write isn't nonsense and actually coherent and detailed.

that's whats going on with me too, i can't play, its not letting me glide the balls (idk what there called) and so it makes me lose right away
