1) Amazing song, but that's not what you're asking.
2) From :12-:44 there's a noticable off-timing I think. The notes are just a tad early. Moving them forward one tick sounds perfect. Same thing to 1:33-1:56, starting with the purple combo, ending at the next purple combo. The blue that starts at 1:56 is on-time. And looking through it, everything after the break at 2:30. Select all of that and throw it a tick later. You're good to go for timing
3) Another small gripe is the sound sample is pretty low. When the song picks up I'd love to hear the drum beating with the melody, but I can't. That might just be me.

Hopefully that helped..! Sorry I'm not too "pro" at this, but I figured I'd offer some since you've gotten nothing, and this song's amazing :D

02:56:10 (1,1,1,1) - not too fond of these. too much spinning really. the last one is fine to leave, but i'd probably do something more interesting with the first three. maybe mix some much shorter spinners into your beat patterns.
03:33:82 - this isn't the only place, but on these riffs in the song it feels like there should be a beat here (on the red tick before the slider). search back for other occurrences.

Normal:
02:00:62 (1) - YUCK @ endpoint

most of the map is missing sound additions. i think you should play some more here. for example: 03:33:99 you could be playful here by adding a whistle on every second white tick (in time with the drum in the music).

Timing still feels off, like +5 to 10ms.. not that sure. but it really feels of like that while playing

and more hitsounds pls. not really a requirement though...

Beginning is horribly off. BPM I think is slightly wrong. (I started at -35ms and at each break got closer to 0 ms) Then again, the sections aren't inherited, so it might be that.
