HDHR is about 80pp, which is what you are probably looking for. It's also fairly simple to read and aim, so you shouldn't have any aim problems.
Another thing (that i used to do) is to look at 3-4 people above in your country ranking and trying to top their top plays. It's a fun challenge and it helps you get PP. Just as long as these scores are nothing crazy.
