1. Why are you using BG that size is 640x480? The resolution is too low for Osu and will result in blured image if played in bigger resolution. I suggest you find the BG that has more resolution.
2. Every difficulty has different BPM. Fix that. It seems you have fix this when i mod your map. o.o
3. You should place kiai time on chorus section imo. I think the real chorus begin at 01:02:118-01:27:545. My suggestion is to move kiai time into that time, and delete first and seconde kiai time.
4. Is Normal diff a guest diff? Then the name should be Melaphobia's Normal.

4. 01:15:526 (4) - No finish part at repeat point? In your previous rythim there's a finish part. You should place a finish part there to make hitsound consistent.

1. Well, i'm quite disagree if you're using whistle in the chorus part. I barely hear the whistle at all. I suggest you change it into another hitsound, like clap.

3. 00:15:360 (1) - Don't forget to add finish here too if you follow suggestion above.
4. 00:37:596 (1,2,1,2) - This pattern need to restack properly since some note is not stacked properly. Here is my suggestion :

7. 01:27:545 (1) - Same as other diff, i suggest you add a finish sound here at the startpoint.

9. 01:47:307 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - This pattern is kind of tricky and really can break the flow. I suggest you move the stack into other place to fix that problem.
