Eh nothing much. Maybe just map the break for easy/normal for consistency? I got bugged a lot about that in my map too when it was like 2 second break :(
I don't think this song really needs kiai time.
01:36:603 - Correct me if I'm wrong but why did let kiai time continue during a spinner? I'm pretty sure you wouldn't know the difference. I believe you only used it for the kiai fountain. Remove the kiai time and keep the kiai fountain?

Easy:
00:56:762 (1) - Hmm. I would extend this spinner a little bit more to 00:59:055 so it's not too short for easy.


Normal:
01:24:278 (1,1,1,1,1) - Hmm. I usually don't like having a note after a spinner on the easier difficulties. You also have a spinner,note,spinner,note,spinner combo which would rather tire the player out with spinner, readjust aim, spinner, readjust, spinner. Think you can tone it down a bit? If you really don't want to change it, at least change 01:27:336 (1) - because the spinner seems quite short compared to the other 2.

Hard/Insane:

Smaller spacing just fits this Hard difficulty more imo. In fact, I wouldn't even use this shape. THis difficulty reminds me of Insane way too much >_> to me it basically looks like insane with smaller spacing.

It's true you see flying stars in spinners, but you don't need to have kiai time DURING the spinner. What I'm trying to say is at 01:36:603, you start kiai time, then the next tick later, you disable kiai time. But uh yeah. Don't think it will make a big difference still :3 Anyways that's just my thoughts.

"don't need to" doesn't mean "don't do", right? Also there is NO PROBLEM.

Anyway I removed the last kiai due to I didn't use it in this map.

though as it's a short version,I don't see a good reason to add a break on the mapable part (easy and normal),especially after intro part

00:36:125 - adding a note here would be perfect to keep the rhytm on,but I do realize how hard it would be to syncronize it with symmetrical pattern that comes ahead..

00:36:890 (1) - it'd be much better to shorten this slider to 00:37:654 and add a circle to 00:38:036 then,but again,you'll have to remap or change the placement of next objects as well

00:51:412 (2) - shouldn't it repeat at 00:51:985? :/ and then add 2 notes to 00:52:941 and 00:53:323

00:46:253 (4,5) - it was a little weird to hear then in normal sampleset,maybe start using normal hitsounds at 00:44:533?
then add whistles to 00:44:533 and 00:45:297 - sounds much better to me
