So I'm not sure if u remember the chat log in the kpop discord from a couple weeks ago when lily was trying to get bubbles from the other BNs in there, but their main point was that she uses solely 1/1 beat snap, and to them that would mean that 'it won't teach new players much on how the rhythm game works'

I thought it was fine since she had a low 1* diff, but looking into the future there may be issues with this kind of stuff again. So what I'd do is...

00:15:028 (1) - for the kiais, I'd definitely use more 2 beat or even 1 1/2 beat sliders, since its theoretically supposed to be more intense in those sections.

your kiais are quite boring to play, since its played just to the beats of the song. So if you were to map the vocals, you wouldn't have to change much and you'd also have the openings for more unique rhythms such as 00:17:797 (4) - (vocals start on red tick, you can extend 3 to be a 1 1/2 beat slider or something idk)

If you compare your kiais to the slower sections, there is much more rhythm differences in the slow parts. Just look at this: 00:59:335 (1,2,3,4) - in one combo you used 3 different types of clickable objects. Thats already just as much as your kiais had in total.

otherwise your slower sections are nice

The idea is to not have the triples but get the intensity from kickslider instead of a note + distance that you have to jump, no need for triples because it would go against my idea of the map!

I want the flow to go upwards in a circular motion, I dislike having sliders that you just touch instead of follow the way they are curved which would be the case if I CTRL-Gd it, it would just play like an ordinary hitcircle.

Because triples have another purpose in this song, I want kiai to be emhpasised through kickslider with the exception of one transition between kiai to another kiai in the 2nd part of the song which I feel is more intense transition!

So I would try to make sure the NC has a higher spacing than within the combo itself Fixed few of those but left those that had another purpse like the one at 00;38:105 because the purpose is to have a big spacing from up and down motion, others were fixed a bit to better represent the spacing. It will not always be perfect because there is balance between aesthetics and spacing which imo matter a lot both so I will not put a note further away if it looks bad or doesn't fit in a pattern but instead finding a middle ground so it plays well, is emphasised enough and fits the aethetics

01:43:643 (1) - for this kiai refer to the comment above on using triplets and junk don't understand this, I think I answered what I want to represent in the kiais already though

They may make the playfield less cramped but other than that the change is a bit confusing and the sliders are just too slow to emphasize that part correctly. Change to regular chorus velocity.

00:37:182 (1,1,1,1) and 01:51:028 (1,1,1,1) - When I first played the map the only thing that stood out for me was what I wrote above and that this slider combination is just ugly. I know you tried for something different than in the first chorus, but it just looks and flows odd. A combination of a horizontal and vertical slider fits a lot better here than two horizontal ones.

02:12:720 (1,2) - Overmapped. No triples in music here. Fix by deleting these two and transform the (3) slider into a stacked triple on the upcoming slider (like you also did before here 00:29:566 (2,3,1)).

Not sure how I feel about that crowd cheering hitsound spam at the end, but whatever

point1 -> I like it because it gives extra emphasis on both sliders

point 2 -> changed accordingly, good call

point 3 -> I think that gives depth to the music, this gave me an idea tho so I changed 2nd stack to a bit more spaced.
This way you play 1st stack 2nd bit spaced and 3rd most spaced, building up the thing and you get used to it!

00:42:720 (3,4) - sort of the same thing. These would function a lot better as 4 circles. A slight difficulty spike would be totally justified.
Note: 01:41:797 (3,4) - same.

Pretty basic, at times the 1/1 rhythm felt a bit overdone but the song itself justifies that, so I think we are good here.

Normal

My main issue is that the rhythm density of kiais is practilly the same as in calmer parts. Considering that it is a very dense 1/2 rhythm I would highly recommend reducing the density for calmer parts.

To be fair, apart from the stuff above it functions as a fairly okay Advanced/Light Hard, but definitely not a Normal. 3/4 patterns at 120 BPM combined with dense 1/2 rhythm is definitely not something I would label a Normal. Advanced, perhaps? Let me know what you end up with and we'll see if there's more stuff we can work on.

Natsu's Hard

00:37:181 (1,2) - 00:39:028 (1,2) - shouldn't it be stacked for consistency with the previous patterns?

Pretty solid Hard otherwise. Interesting that it is somewhat different from the Hards from you I've modded recently.

I'd really think of a better difficulty name, something that would be a bit more understandable and not scream "pp"

00:45:259 (3,4) - is there really a reason to prioritize 00:45:720 - over 00:45:489? I clearly can feel the vocals and background instruments on 00:45:489 - yet it is unclickable, whereas a much weaker sound on 00:45:720 - has a circle.
00:56:335 (3) - this would also feel alot better as two circles due to the way vocals peak.

It was pretty good, though at times I felt like it was a bit too simplistic in terms of rhythm. Guess it's something about the song.

I did not really like the way you labeled the second difficulty Normal. I believe it is a lot harder than that. Additionally, the rhythm there felt too monotonous. The rest of the set was pretty good, though.

About the normal u can fix it easily, by renaming the normal to advanced and making the easy more dense and renaming it to normal or make the normal less dense

Fixed as I told you in discord, changed title, fixed mp3, fixed normal density, changed the name and slider to 2 circles in top diff.

Mkay, let's see what we have here. Don't kudosu, this is a recheck. You know the way it goes.

General

The difficulty names probably can be adjusted to make sense as a set. How about Simple/Advanced/Challenging/<customname>. This would be a bit more accurate and structured than what we have now.
Normal has no combo colours set. Just copy them from any other difficulty.
soft-hitnormal4.wav still appears to be in the .osz, despite the fact that it is not used anywhere. Or so the Modding Assistant says.
You can say just about anything you want, but I still absolutely dislike the cheering sound. Now it feels like some kind of background white noise. Long story short, I am definitely strongly against it.

Advanced

00:18:810 (1) - should be moved highre to prevent overlaps with combo count on 4:3 displays.
00:50:195 - both the drums and the vocals have a clear and audible beat here. Are you sure it shouldn't be mapped with something clickable?
01:30:810 (1,3) - minor - these two probably meant to be parallel. It would just make more sense with your style.

The non-kiai still sort of blends with the rest if the difficulty which makes the whole thing a bit too monotonous. Try throwing in more 1/1 gaps?

Warped

00:45:349 (3,4) - Ctrl+G them to give two clickable beats to the vocals? Fairly sure we've already changed something here, so I might be missing out on stuff.
01:55:272 (2) - this could probably be replaced with two circles to match the vocals. I am not entirely sure, though, I'm trying to find some way to follow the vocals as closely as possible without spamming 1/2 circles.

The Advanced difficulty is still sort of bothering me.

Advanced issues fixed, I think it's fine personally because the song is only more intense vocally not rhytmically so the gap doesn't have to be that big between kiai and normal especially when the diff is so low. I can't put many 1/1 gaps because that would destroy the rhythm and make it very inconsistent with beats underneath, I tried some ways but I think this is as much as I could pack without missing lots of beats!

General issues fixed, removed the cheer also as I was getting more bad comments about it!
Removed the softhitnormal aswell and set combo colors on advanced and switches names on the diffs!

CTRL-G on Warped fixed but not the 2nd thing.
I want to keep the slider-slider 1-2-3 rhythm in that part that I have in every kiai that has this part, in my head that part is like bam - bam - bam bam bam so I decided to map it as such!

Before actually modding this, I have to say the spread between Simple & Advanced is weird:
In Simple, there's completely no 1/2 rhythm usage
In Advanced, the most used rhythm usage is 1/2, sometimes there're 1/4 rhythm break.
Based on the current Guideline of difficulty spread, I don't think such rhythm arrangement is proper to make a smooth spread.
As a result, I recommend Firetruck add some 1/2 rhythm in kiai parts in Simple to make the spread more lenient.
Don't care about the Star Rating, as it doesn't represent the rhythm very accurately.

Removed the unused one, rest are there on timing changes that are quick so I don't hear that noisy SHHH sound, delay I have no idea how to fix.. I'll ask someone soo0n

Overlap in Natsu's diff is removed, overlaps in the Normal diff is still there as it is preference of overlap

Rest fixed except hitsound delay because I do not know how but will fix soon.

sorry but I'm pretty sure that the hs file in folder are not updated. I deleted original set and redl for twice but useless hs files still exist, and delayed hs files are not fixed either. Pls check your folder, then update it again.

No it didn't got fixed.

I don't understand what's going on. I've downloaded it another twice but the same answer.

Besides, I don't know if it's proper to push it forward when there's 1/4 rhythm in Advanced. It just goes too far from the Normal by any means.

Just gonna leave it here for more opinions as for now.

advanced is a diff between normal and hard, so some 1/4s are fine, also the bpm of this song is low

Basically every diff changed with permission from mappers.

Top diff agreed with you so changed slightly to more comfortable angles!

Firetruck, keeps the diff as it is, likes the repeats and actually so do I, fits well in there!
Moved the notes up though because you had a good point!

Advanced keeping the slider, I actually asked some people from lower rank to play this and they actually had no problem playing this at all so I think
it is a cool "advanced" (lol) detail in this map that makes it a bit more shiny haha

Natsu's diff, stacked the overlap!

Hitsounds..... I removed the unused one and I have no idea why those hitsounds still have delay ... I removed the delay and uploading but still seems to have delay I have no idea.. I maybe just did it wrong but seemed to me that I removed all empty sound in the beginning.

Swap circles with slider. the slider should be at 02:12:810 - because the sound on 02:12:925 - Is extremely faint compared to other ones and the circles should be at 02:13:041 - so that 02:13:156 - is clickable because drum at 02:13:156 - is much stronger

Yes but at the same time 02:13:272 (1) - this needs to be emphasized with a jump in my head and I sacrficie that drum in order to make it play well and get a jump for the next note, I have no other good idea on how to make this than by placing a triple but making a kickslider to highlight that drum anyway! I know what you mean but I just think it will not play well. I can't skip a jump here and I can't do a clickable before because it will delete the jump, if it's not okay I'd like to come up with something together but I don't know what to do tbh, imo it has momentum, plays well and adds the jump which is needed

This thing changes all the time I have no clue why but I changed it 1492 times and it still uploads with the old one so I just gave up on it Z.Z is this a concern
