1024*768 windowed.
800 * 600 windowed. Too lazy to change, and I'm too used to it now.

Does anyone find that raising your res makes gameplay easier? I always keep my Osu! windowed, and 800x600 is probably more difficult than 1024x768. ie. Small buttons become larger when rez is increased.
Larger hit circles, sure, but it all scales. Spacing increases just as much as circle size, for example.
This map has been deleted on the request of its creator. It is no longer available.

Too lazy to open up Osu! to check what they are exactly, but I have it at the smallest window I can get away with and still see the markers. :(

It works very nicely, it doesn't make the game any more difficult as far as going across the screen and in general looks very nice.

I haven't tested how it works in fullscreen, but in windowed mode you're right 
Usually the res doesn't affect sensitivity in games at all ;o
Increasing your sensi for higher res will cancel the effect though..
