Rename Gust's Koi suru Sakura Insane to Gust's Insane, since only the highest difficulty in the mapset may have a custom name in this case.
For all difficulties, I'm pretty sure that it is a 1/8 grace note at the very end, so all difficulties that map a slider should end on 03:50:936 -.

02:43:659 (3) - I think it'd be cool if you made this a 2/1 slider to differentiate this lead-in to the break from 02:05:803 (4) -

00:55:445 (1) - 00:56:516 (1) - Personally I think these NCs are a bit too much, but if you want to keep your concept here, I think you should also NC 00:55:088 (7) - .
02:18:659 (1,2) - I find these 1/1 reverses underwhelming for what the guitar is doing here. Try a rhythm like this for a more intense option.

[koko's Insane]
00:01:517 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - Overall this pattern is too straining for the intensity of the song, since you have 17 circles 1/2 apart, which is even more straining with the varying locations of the perfectly overlapped notes. I recommend using a 1/2 slider for 00:02:588 (3,4) - and using a jump from the slider to space the pattern out more.
00:37:766 (4,5) - 00:38:659 (1,2) - I recommend making this a 1/2 slider to match the vocals more appropriately.
00:39:909 (10) - I recommend stacking this with 00:39:195 (5) - , since right now this jump feels a lot bigger due to the stacked triple right before it and you don't lower spacing to stronger sounds in this map.
00:42:231 (4,6) - You can try changing these sliders into circles to express the lack of vocals in this part of the song.
00:47:588 (4,5) - 00:50:444 (3,4) - 1/2 sliders would work well here to match the vocals as opposed to the circles you have.
00:50:087 (9,1) - Swap NC.
00:58:124 (2,3,4,5) - I think stacking these would fit the lack of instrumentals better than your current spacing.
01:54:016 (3,1) - Try increasing the spacing here so that players won't interpret this as a 1/2 gap, since right now it is spaced too similarly to 01:53:838 (2,3) -.
02:21:516 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - This jump section feels very out of place overall given the rest of the map and the intensity in this section. I recommend lowering the spacing and introducing 1/2 sliders at 02:21:516 (1,2) - 02:22:231 (1,2) - to address this.
03:24:374 - I think starting the kiai here instead of 03:23:659 - is more appropriate, especially based on where you started the previous kiai.

[Insane]
00:07:231 - Compared to the rest of the map, this section is way too intense due to the high overall spacing and rhythm density. I recommend changing 00:07:945 (5,6) - 00:09:374 (5,6) - into 1/2 sliders, lowering the spacing between 1/2 and stacking the 1/4 in this section.
00:10:445 (3,4,5,6) - Since you're not using an anti-jump concept, I recommend changing your spacings to emphasize 5 rather than 4 and 6.
00:10:624 (4,5,6,7,8) - Since you typically reserve this pattern for the kiais and the music is doing something different from what the kiais do, I recommend removing 00:11:159 (7) - and stacking 00:10:981 (6,7) - .
00:12:052 (5,6,7) - There doesn't seem to be a sound on the blue tick, so I recommend deleting 6 or changing 5,6 to a 1/4 slider and then just using a jump.
00:21:516 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - There's nothing in the song justifying the overall high spacing here - this is currently spaced higher than some of your patterns in the kiai. Try lowering the spacing here.
00:55:981 (2,3,4,1,2,3) - I recommend NCing the first of these triples and also spacing them out similarly to how you spaced 00:56:338 (1,2,3) -
00:56:338 (1,2,3) - This entry angle puts a lot of emphasis on the red tick rather than the white tick the triple is intended to emphasize, so I recommend ctrl+ging this.
02:04:552 (2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - Similar to before, try ctrl+g on each of these triples individually and NCing the first one for more freeform cursor motion that emphasizes the white ticks.

[Gust's Insane]
The general issue I have with this difficulty is that as a low AR diff, it has several patterns such as 00:17:944 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - 00:21:516 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - 01:31:516 (1,2,3,4,5) - as well as the sections 02:07:231 - 03:24:374 - which work very poorly with low AR due to the heavy amount of spacing changes and unintuitive cursor paths. Testing this on AR 8.5 made these patterns a lot more bearable, but this goes against your intent with this difficulty. Two solutions to this issue: Either use more simplistic spacing and cursor path ideas for the difficulty or change the AR to be more appropriate.

[Lyric's Insane]
01:12:945 (1,2) - I recommend increasing the spacing here to match what you did for 01:01:516 (1,2) - and represent the intensity more appropriately.
01:18:927 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - I think the stacked 1/4 is underwhelming when compared to spots in the kiai where you spaced them out a bit more. Since this is the end of the kiai, I recommend spacing out the 1/4 here like you did with 01:00:713 (3,4) -.
01:38:838 (2,3) - 01:39:552 (6,7) - Try mapping the blue ticks in between these pairs of circles to create triples, since the 1/2 spam doesn't really fit the feeling of the section well.
01:41:516 (1,2) - I think you should increase your spacing here to something similar like 00:32:945 (1,2) - keep a good cursor pacing.
02:19:374 (5,5) - I recommend making these 1/2 sliders to differentiate from the earlier section more appropriately.
03:15:266 (5,6) - This perfect stack makes it hard to interpret the new 1/8 rhythm that wasn't introduced prior and also drops cursor pacing heavily, so I recommend spacing the next object like this.
03:37:766 (4,5,6) - I recommend ctrl+j on this to have a more comfortable lead into this triple from the previous jumps. You'll probably have to rearrange some things to make this work.

Not seeing why you choose to use OD9 on this difficulty, I think OD8 is more appropriate.
01:40:802 (3,1) - The low spacing here comes out of nowhere considering the typical spacing in this section. I recommend stacking 01:40:713 (2,3) - on the position of 01:41:159 (3) - instead.
03:29:552 (1,1,1) - 03:35:088 (1,1,1,1,1) - These NC spams are out of place considering the rest of the difficulty where you don't typically use this type of NCing.and in the second instance make it even harder to comprehend the stream. I recommend removing them.

I'm interested in rechecking, but I'd like to see how things are replied to for Gust's difficulty and your Insane. Let me know if you have any issues understanding my mod.

the most important things for this diff is patterns, not the low AR. using as low as possible AR is my personal interest. I'd like to change AR if it have affect more basic things. so I'll change the AR to 8.5.

整體還可以啦，不過02:08:481 (1) - 像這種漸變間距的note最好以後少放點，不保證一定不會被玩家噴。

03:31:516 (3) - 沒Stack好

02:17:052 (6) - 放中間一點會比較美觀
03:41:159 (7,8) - 這1/4的間距 (長條至note) 好像有點難接啊? (相信很多初見玩家都認為是1/2)

Insane是故意的，为了顺一点，其他的都改了，主难度的改成了od8.5
