Hard Difficulty

Firstly, every note seems very close together. Remember, you have the full grid size to map in! :)

Secondly, consider spacing the map out as stated above ^ or consider rising the AR (approach rate) as at your maps current state, it's very jumbled up and hard to read properly! >.<

Thirdly, it looks as if you have placed the sliders and hit-circles without thinking about positioning. Maybe re-position things to match the song, for example, high notes in the song should = hit-circles or sliders being at the top of the grid (or near it) and the opposite way round for lower notes in the song.

My placement was deliberate, but I can see there are a few things that are hard to read. I'll fix those first and wait for some more feedback before making drastic changes.
