Me and a few select people are generally sick of all of the usernames that people pull out of their rectum. I waited a long time to change my name because I did not want to make something stupid that I knew I was going to regret. Please, consider the following before changing your username.

- Use an internet meme in your name, like Weegee or Courage Wolf or Awesomeface or FFFFUUUUUU; it turned out horrible for me and I suffered from it for 729 days.
- Use numbers in your name; it's typical and unoriginal.
- Use names like <Series/Character>fan<Number> (Sorry sonicfan20, but this is true) or <Item/Object/Species><guy/gal/girl/boy/man/woman><Number>. It's even worse than using numbers, for all the same reasons; unoriginal, typical, etc.
- Use names that are complete gibberish, and do not have any Phonic Pronunciation like asdf123123 or ghqogn75901. It's just stupid and nobody is going to recognize you.
- Use terms in your name that can be used as derogatory against you; I can guarantee it will end badly if you use it.
- Simply type a randomly picked name and consider it your last name.
- Use other people's usernames, replacing a letter or two with 1337 (Leet) symbols; Characters and numbers (|-| = H, |\| = N), because that's going to be really stupid; You ARE going to regret putting your name as "Blu3 Dr4g0n" or "p3ppy".
- Put down a celebrity's name (Such as CDFA, who changed his name to Justin Bieber, until the big Name Rollback) or any other form of famous person's name (Lemony Snicket, ZUN, Holt, Bill Gates, etc.). You're going to regret the high publicity from noobs and trolls disguised as noobs.
- Use names that are just downright perverted.
- Do not use a long name like lolwtfbbq12345678910LuckystarTouhouSonicfan1628. It is irritating as fuck and I doubt that they'd even let you use that name.
- Put "osu"/"osu!" in your name. It's stupid and more unoriginal than putting any other franchise in your name. I don't hate people that use it, I only hate that they DO use it. And honestly, I can say right here that I'm not the only person who agrees with this.
- Use names given to you as a joke. It's just going to lead to problems in the future.
- Use names based on someone else's username. It's downright stupid. (I.E. "Hooker for Hika" "Priestess in Yellow")
- ACTUALLY READ THE TEXT NEXT TO THE CHECK MARK BOX and think "Hm, should I use this name? Will people make fun of me for it? Will people recognize me?" The answers to the questions should be "Yes, No, Yes".
- NOT forget to think about it.
- Make sure that you're going to enjoy it for your entire time on this website. Don't put a series type as a name, because you're likely to lose interest in it some day and regret using that name.
- Remember that if you put anything about rumors such as "Justin Bieber is a girl" or 2012, or "Christianity is the correct religion FOR FUCKING SURE" in your name, I will personally fly to where you live by airplane, and beat you with a sack of tangerines. I'm not even joking about this one.

- Try to consider a 4-letter name. They're nice and easy to remember.
- TRY to make sure that your name is one of the only of its variety. If everyone goes around pulling ten letters out of a Scrabble Tile bag, we're going to have a full army of Esupanitixes. And considering how I act, you DON'T WANT THAT.
