I've come across a few Stay Night skins but I haven't seen any of Rin Tohsaka ;~; So if someone can do one I'll love ya forever! (Not sure if this proper way to ask XD still new to the forums part).

I do not believe there is anywhere on the forums to request a skin, just like there is nowhere to request a beatmap. The best option would be to do it yourself or contact someone who does make skins and ask them personally
