While your timing's correct, the BPM should actually be halved in the beginning; this is why the ticks sound so weird ATM; it sounds like "2" during the first 20 seconds but "1" for the rest of the map. So, the "correct" red timing sections are:
Offset: 436 BPM: 89
Offset:22,009 BPM: 178
(though either way works, both this and what you currently have are correct, it's up to you which one sounds better)
