Wow, im a newb to this so don't expect much from me >.<, i would say this is for experts so far, just from watching it cause everythings so fast and hard to catch up with, if i were an expert, id say this would be a challenge and very fun...so far, keep going
btw i got taken down in about 10 seconds

Go to the timing panel.
Uncheck "move already placed notes..."
Set BPM to 197.05 and offset to 19,925 (this is easier to do in the Timing Setup Panel)
Set slider velocity to 1.00.
Under the timing menu, Resnap and Recalculate.

Now, this won't be perfect, so you'll have to go through your mapping and move some notes backward or forward in the song.
