I think this difficulty is way too similar to the EZ in terms of 1/1 rhythm usage and difficulty, and conversely, way too easy compared to the next difficulty, MEGA's HD. The song itself is really complex and there are alot of missed opportunities in the kiai times you could make much more dense than just a simple 1/1 beat.

Stuff like 00:22:919 - 01:39:419 - (Nothing even here?) 01:45:419 - (You could start putting some 1/2 rolls here) etc etc

You just need to add more to it to distinguish itself from the EZ.

This song is from Jubeat. Change the difficulty names so it matches Jubeat. It should be Basic/Advanced/Extreme/Whatever your last diff is.

Your BG is 1200x600. Find something that is 16:9.
Audio = 192kbps. This is fine.

Dopamine to the extreme

00:19:019 (19019|2,19119|1,19219|3,19319|0,19419|3,19519|1,19619|2,19719|0,19819|3,19919|0) - These are longer than they should be. If you're gonna put the start on 1/6, you might as well end it at the correct time.
00:22:319 (22319|3,22394|0,22469|2,22544|1) - same here but you could give this one a slide for difficulties sake.
00:26:444 (26444|1,26744|1,27044|1) - You're missing a lot of sounds here. I'm guessing this was intentional but it's your top diff?
01:11:294 (71294|3,71594|3) - These would be fine on the blue tick. Explain why they're 1/6?

Super fun map. Played a bit janky in the bit where you left sounds mapped out but other than that, it's fine. This diff is definitely understarred

And I prefer to map the most audible sounds over the less one for Hards so players would find it easy to follow.

01:18:569 (78569|3) - Missing a beat here. Don't forget that you're mapping to the BEAT of the song, not the WUBWUB. Can you disclose what makes you think wubwub isn't eligible for mapping? It's not wrong to map wubs and it's not a must to map the drum. It's all about rhythm. After all, this is a rhythm game Not accepting sarcasm jokes that sounds like "osu is not a rhythm game".

In my opinion and dont take this the wrong way. i think theres alot of work needed to be done with this map. im going to keep this mod breif, but msg me and when i have free time i'll do an irc with you and help you fix what i see wrong with it. because if i write everything is see im afraid i might be here a while (this only applies to the 2 hardest difficulties)

Ill only be looking at your 2 hardest diffs as me and [ B A D ] at this current time are modding simultaniously

dopamine to the maximum(mod)

00:01:019 (1019|2,1094|3,1169|0,1244|1,1319|3,1319|2) - this here, is a really uncomfortable pattern, i get that its suppose to be hard, but its <4* and it hurts to play repetetively
00:56:019 (56019|1,56119|3,56219|0,56319|1,56419|3,56519|2,56619|0,56719|1) - all these notes look unsnapped its a consistant thing im noticing, so im not going to hl all the notes
01:02:969 (62969|2,62969|3) - instead of doubles, make these both lns up to here 01:03:419 (63419|3,63419|2) - and delete the notes blocking it
01:09:419 (69419|0) - this ln feels weird being right after a ln
01:12:719 (72719|3) - same goess for this one
01:19:919 (79919|1,80069|1) - really not sure about this one
01:31:019 (91019|0) - move to col 2
01:34:769 - add a note here
01:37:469 (97469|2,97544|0,97619|3,97619|1,97694|2,97769|0) - im sorry to say this part onwards, it feels like notes are placed almost randomly, to combo this, is really difficult and really painful. this needs to be changed so that it feels better, the state its in right now isnt great imo

Mega's HD(Mod)

00:07:619 - This feels like normal, not hard, the jump between hard and insane is waaay to big.

00:19:019 (19019|3,19119|2,19219|1,19319|0,19419|1,19519|2,19619|3) - this pattern is waaaay to complex for a hard diff, id say remove that whole thing completely and replace with maybe 3 or 4 lns that dont overlap like that

00:44:219 - This section up until 00:52:619 - the lns are waaaay too complex, someone learning 3* or getting into 3* well get immediately frustrated with this. (This is WAAAAY harder than the difficulty up imo)
00:56:219 - none of the lns here make any sense, replace them with single notes unless they are completely needed
01:01:019 - again, these lns are insane and your diff up has none of them? just remove all these lns alltogether for single notes, compare the difficulties with your diff up
I wont mention the lns again because almost all of them imo should go they are making a 3* song feel like a 4* which is really bad
01:21:419 (81419|3,81569|3,81719|3,81869|3,82019|3,82169|3,82319|3,82469|3) - this is a pretty un-needed jack
01:27:419 - this point on it feels like normal again, put some notes on the side of the lns and make it a bit more challenging

I saw Litharrale Posted a mod also, and none of the changes were implemented but going back to it, they made alot of sense I suggest revisiting this mod and reconsider changing what he has suggested

Overall The map Imo needs alot of work, i suggest getting more mods on the highest diff, contact me and ill help a bit with an irc (i wont do everything merely help and explain better whats wrong) get some buds to testplay it for you and most importantly go back to the mods where you didnt implement any changes and reconsider (not all changes modders say are helpful but 90% of the time they are if your not sure ask someone!!! dont flat out not change anything)

Sorry if this came out rude in anyway, im just trying to help move your map forward in a rankable direction

i hope in the near future i'll be able to give you a hand making this map great, dont be afraid to ask help from other modders too!!! its what we do ^u^

00:44:219 - This section up until 00:52:619 - the lns are waaaay too complex, someone learning 3* or getting into 3* well get immediately frustrated with this. (This is WAAAAY harder than the difficulty up imo) Not really. Here on the LNs part, I don't overlap the LN sections with any other instruments. Just pure lead sounds. That way players wouldn't get confused on what are they trying to play.
00:56:219 - none of the lns here make any sense, replace them with single notes unless they are completely needed It's following the wooby bass though so yeah they are needed.
01:01:019 - again, these lns are insane and your diff up has none of them? just remove all these lns alltogether for single notes, compare the difficulties with your diff up It's not that Insane. It's mapped using 1/2 snapping and everytime you pressed an LN, you released the old one. Regarding upper diff, it's his choice on how to map his diff.
I wont mention the lns again because almost all of them imo should go they are making a 3* song feel like a 4* which is really bad Nah it's not that bad. And you can't really rate a map using its Star Rating. It's pretty deceptive you know
01:21:419 (81419|3,81569|3,81719|3,81869|3,82019|3,82169|3,82319|3,82469|3) - this is a pretty un-needed jack The "A A A A A A A A" vocal samples.
01:27:419 - this point on it feels like normal again, put some notes on the side of the lns and make it a bit more challenging It's a good approach on doing a pre-climax.

I saw Litharrale Posted a mod also, and none of the changes were implemented but going back to it, they made alot of sense I suggest revisiting this mod and reconsider changing what he has suggested

Overall The map Imo needs alot of work, i suggest getting more mods on the highest diff, contact me and ill help a bit with an irc (i wont do everything merely help and explain better whats wrong) get some buds to testplay it for you and most importantly go back to the mods where you didnt implement any changes and reconsider (not all changes modders say are helpful but 90% of the time they are if your not sure ask someone!!! dont flat out not change anything)

Sorry if this came out rude in anyway, im just trying to help move your map forward in a rankable direction

i hope in the near future i'll be able to give you a hand making this map great, dont be afraid to ask help from other modders too!!! its what we do ^u^

I think this difficulty is way too similar to the EZ in terms of 1/1 rhythm usage and difficulty, and conversely, way too easy compared to the next difficulty, MEGA's HD. The song itself is really complex and there are alot of missed opportunities in the kiai times you could make much more dense than just a simple 1/1 beat.

Stuff like 00:22:919 - 01:39:419 - (Nothing even here?) 01:45:419 - (You could start putting some 1/2 rolls here) etc etc

You just need to add more to it to distinguish itself from the EZ.

Regarding Lewdtu's diff name, "Dopamine to the Maximum // Puxtu's Maximum" seems kind of redundant since you have Maximum there twice. Might try naming it something like Puxtu's C8H11NO2 because cheesy. The current one also doesnt fit the naming scheme of the rest of the diffs which is D:<
Might increase OD/HP of Puxtu's Maximum to 8.5/8.5 since there's quite a few bursts present which could be pretty easily mashed due to forgiving HP.
MEGA's HD uses only OD/HP 7/7 :thinking: Pretty sure you meant to at least increase the HP to 7.5 or so since 7 is way too forgiving. Personally, I'd preer 8,
but meh. Also, I'd increase OD to 7.5 cause despite how many LNs are present, they aren't super complicated.
Alie, tone down your OD/HP to 7/7, dont kill the player right off the bat with a simple diff containing mostly 1/2 singles and 1/4 short trills.

Ok, so after taking another look, I realize the spread between Mega's HD and Puxtu's Maximum is pretty large because Mega focuses on 1/2 overlapping LN gimmicks while puxtu's diff is mostly just 1/4 streaming. There's no real in between tbh. It might be better to add a diff in between that utilizes some fast 1/4 bursts while also playing to the beat of LNs in the latter half of the map.

01:12:869 (72869|0,73019|3) - I'd control H this so that there are no short notes on the outer columns while also holding an LN down at the same time

01:25:319 (85319|1,85419|2,85519|1) - Pretty sure that these notes are actually 1/4 because there's five sounds present between 01:25:319 - to 01:25:619 -

01:31:769 (91769|2) - These are two separate pitches and sounds, so I would split the LN to be 3-2-3

01:38:069 (98069|1,98219|2) - Think this would be easier to time if you control J so the overlapping LNs are on different hands

01:41:819 (101819|2,101969|3) - Similar kind of thing to the above, this is pretty hard to hit due to the fact that the longer LN is in the inner columns, which makes timing the release of the shorter LN in col 4 hard because of the fact that the strength of the middle finger tends to be highly dependent on the ability of the index finger to move. I'd try to flip them if possible in that case

At the very least, I would simplify the 1/3 to 2/3, but even then I think this diff allows for a short 1/3 burst to be possible.

00:28:019 (28019|2) - would move to col 4 since you dont really use it in this measure. If accepted, move 00:28:319 (28319|0) - to 3

00:31:919 (31919|1,31994|2,32069|1,32144|2) - You already used a 2-3-2-3 trill, so I'd try to vary it a little with a 1-3-1-3 or something kind of like that

00:35:819 (35819|1,35819|3) - 00:37:019 (37019|2,37019|1) - 00:38:219 (38219|0,38219|1,38819|0,38819|1) - You've used single notes so far throughout this entire section, so it's inconsistent to suddenly start using jumps in places where there are no kicks.

01:37:019 - Doesn't really make sense to only be mapping part of the synth's phrasing here. The flow feels off and incomplete because of the unnatural pauses and continuations within the musical line

I also notice that the section feels very copy pasted because the notes seem to have the same hand movement in two measure phrases.

01:39:119 (99119|0,99419|1) - I'd stack these two notes together to show that the synth at 01:39:119 - and 01:39:269 - are the same pitch. It also adds a bit of much needed variation in the map.

Ok, so after taking another look, I realize the spread between Mega's HD and Puxtu's Maximum is pretty large because Mega focuses on 1/2 overlapping LN gimmicks while puxtu's diff is mostly just 1/4 streaming. There's no real in between tbh. It might be better to add a diff in between that utilizes some fast 1/4 bursts while also playing to the beat of LNs in the latter half of the map.

I tried to reduce the load to 1.33x even during the kiai sections but Im doing something horribly wrong cause it isnt working so 2.67x is fine tbh.

01:31:769 (91769|2) - These are two separate pitches and sounds, so I would split the LN to be 3-2-3 Okie

01:41:819 (101819|2,101969|3) - Similar kind of thing to the above, this is pretty hard to hit due to the fact that the longer LN is in the inner columns, which makes timing the release of the shorter LN in col 4 hard because of the fact that the strength of the middle finger tends to be highly dependent on the ability of the index finger to move. I'd try to flip them if possible in that case Applied
