Then change to arrows? Easy solution?
because FFR is arrows and top like view while mania has a bottom view....

You do know ffr can do downscroll and osu can do upscroll right

Actually that might be a good idea, changing the bars to arrows
Or just play until you adjust back to your skin in osu. Playing another rhythm game will not permanently wreck your reading, but it takes time to adjust back to what you're used to.
