So I do not remember when this rule changed but looking at the ranking submission criteria.
You need a difficulty that is under 3 stars.
So you or someone needs to make a difficulty that is at least 2.99 or lower.

Zelos has the taiko silly

EDIT: Normal is done. All that needs to be done now is ouran's insane tuneups, linkred's hard tuneups, and hitsounding.
EDIT2: Also the timing needs work

One, Linkred's hard is not satisfactory(probably going to be removed)
Two, my hard is not finished (it's halfway done as of now)

I really enjoyed charles's diffs but ouran diff has some flow breaking points I'd like to point out.
Overall the map feels over spaced. but these are key points where the flow is broken and yet where you could really place some jumps they are anti ones. D:
00:36:398 (1,2,3,4) -
00:54:273 (1) -
01:01:523 (1,2,3,4,5,6) -
01:16:273 (3,4,5) -
01:52:648 (1,2,3) -
02:23:523 (4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - yeargh that pattern
02:37:148 (2,1,2,3,4,5,6,1) -
also end it at the same time as the other diffs if you would.

also changed the tick rate to two on everything

Not really I saw it coming from a mile away. Not to sound rude but your set would still be pretty solid with said diffs you have.
