Had a quick check on the map, and found nothing reallyyy major, so have a star.
Also to add a bit more to what jericho said:
I don't think that all those sliders are that unreadable, at least I could read them quickly enough to not combo break when I tested the map, and that's because of the slider ticks, and even more considering that at the start of the map it has sliders like 00:03:847 (1,3) - that gives away the slider tick. Notice how 00:38:610 (2,4) - lacks the slider tick?
If anything, I would only ask you to fix:

well Sir Minelli agree a warning for this slider i hope you can check right now

Delete the thunder images at the map's folder, delete that .osb and full submit again.
Add the preview point to this difficulty too, and you are good to go.

The Preview Point is placed on a different place compared to the other difficulties. Please make sure to fix it.
Adjust the Audio Lead-In to 1000.
03:05:789 (7) - Add a New combo here like you did at 00:55:766 (1).
Fix and I'll rank.
