General:This song is 1/2, and as such should have tick rate 2 across all difficulties. Especially Minelli's so the speedups are actually readable.
I recommend combo colours being consistent throughout all difficulties. I would use your colour's for Minelli's difficulty, as I find his are simply too bright.
Offset really should be 236. Makes no difference to gameplay, however.
