Its been a while since editor has been frantically changed.
I think it would be helpful to allow normal users to make mods for the editor, stuff like perfect blanketing, distance snap to previous object, and all that. This will save dev lots of work too

Ok for example, Minecraft has mods which changes the looks of the game, THAT kind of mod, similar to skin, but except with functioning purposes for editor. Could have a team to check the mods and have official mods and all that. Basically like Beatmap, players who can programme can add specific stuff for the editor, e.g. automatic blanketing.
