Seems working fine for me.
If you got a some type of codes, save page as. Usually Firefox does it.

i really like the skin, but if you could make a version that has numbers on the osu balls or whatever they are called. That would be awesome!

Will consider, but I haven't really got into Skinning again, and if my TF2 skin projects folder not gone too. Glad you like it ^^

You can download the skin via the downloadable Google Drive link above, and then put it inside under /skins/ osu! folder, then double click the .osk file.
