I have a skin I would like to release to the masses, but am not totally sure how to change to .osk and then have a fancy download link like everyone else. Any help?

Select your skin in game next click the "Export as .osk"
It will show up in your osu! folder under exports. From there upload the file to puush or mediafire or megaupload!

You need to have osu!supporter to be able to have menu backgrounds
