holyshiet i finished a 5min+ map :wow:

consistency vs variety

00:05:451 - it would be nice if you mapped the melody here more instead so we get to play something different

04:15:051 - plz map and fill in the break here (piano would be nice to play imo), it has new sounds and will break up all the repetitiveness

04:31:851 (1,2,1,2,3,4,5,6) - this part here is mapped like 90% of the map, so maybe a little bigger jumps with no sliders just to put emphasis that this is different , not quite sure if i explained well so i hope you understand :P

05:12:651 same as 00:05:451 it would be nice to hear something different from the same beat that's repeated throughout the entire song

i also think 04:34:251 - would be a better preview point, so you hear the chorus and its memorable so when you hear it you remember the song better

i dont mind ar9.3 maybe put od to 8.3 if you're going for that but i feel others might want just ar9

05:12:651 same as 00:05:451 it would be nice to hear something different from the same beat that's repeated throughout the entire song I feel like that's a stretch tho, I already shoved in a lot of extra beat with slider ends, I would change placement gladly, but I'm reserved about changing the rhythm

00:02:751 (6,1) - distance more from this one 00:02:451 - (cuz i found out it is a little bit confiusing if you put that way ) -just sunggestion :)

00:27:051 (1,2) - make the flow better .. 00:27:201 (2) - just ctrl+j here and 00:27:051 - move to the top.. see the pic ^^

00:28:851 - make the slider same as this one 00:28:551 - (it will look more tidy and nice )

01:06:351 - make the slider like this one 01:06:051 -

01:41:301 - dont make it a distance.. just stack it

03:30:951 - not good flow .. try do it like this

03:56:151 - start new combo here .

04:11:151 - do like this

05:02:601 - why dont make this a curve :)

00:28:851 - make the slider same as this one 00:28:551 - (it will look more tidy and nice ) I chose a straight slider to make it connect smoothly from previous slider and to the next pattern.

01:06:351 - make the slider like this one 01:06:051 - i made it straight so that i can do this: 01:06:351 (3,6) -

01:41:301 - dont make it a distance.. just stack it o.o I see no reason to stack it when there is like.. you know, very strong double snare >.>

03:30:951 - not good flow .. try do it like this rearranged quite a bit

03:56:151 - start new combo here . the bridge section does start at 03:55:851 - , so it wouldn't make sense to break the NC consistency all the sudden at this point.

04:11:151 - do like this owo

00:05:151 (7,8) - hm the spacing between 00:04:851 (6,7,8) - is actually almost the same and that's ok, but it would be better if you try to indicate that something different is gonna happen, i don't know if nc would be a great ideia tho
01:53:451 (1) - I can barely see the curvature, the other times you used this slider style you made it easy 2 read :(
01:56:451 (3,4,5) - I think that's the only pattern angled like that (and the another one copy pasted)... idk it feels weird to use in that part
05:05:451 (1) - :(

things i'm not that sure about
01:21:051 (3) - idk i just feel like that's an incomplete pattern when i look at 01:19:851 (1,1) - nc'd; although I know the strong sound is different and stuff

oh I wanted to map that at some point, but the rhythm made me reconsider lol
after playing through it, I think ar around 8.7 to 9 would fit this much better current just seems too fast with how you designed the map and the overall "slow" feeling the song gives :c

맵을 봤는데 전체적으로 이해가 잘 안 가는 게 있어서 질문 드립니다. 노래 자체가 200bpm이 아닌 100bpm인 만큼 1/4 중에는 공백인 자리가 꽤 많습니다. 그런데 이 맵에서는 슬라이더 끝은 그렇다 쳐도, 아무 특정할 비트가 없는 자리에 1/4 filler 서클이 많다는 생각이 듭니다. 00:30:801 (6) - 00:33:501 (5) - 00:57:201 (6) - 이러한 무음 비트에 노트를 넣는 것이 노래를 어떤 면에서 더 잘 표현해주는지 잘 모르겠고, 01:45:501 (7) - 01:46:101 (10) - 등과 같이 디스턴스를 작게 쓰려는 노력은 보이지만 여기에 노트가 없거나 슬라이더로 보컬 홀딩을 표현해주는 것보다 지금이 낫다고 할 수 있는지 의문이네요.

그 외에 몇 가지 짚어보자면

00:04:851 (6,7,8) - 모양은 안정적인 정삼각형인 데에 비해서 저 비트 스냅을 읽을 방법은 높은 AR 뿐인데, 비트에 변화가 있다면 배치나 표현상으로도 변화가 있는 것이 적절하지 않나 생각합니다. 이외에도 잦은 1/2과 1/4 변동에 비해서 노트들이 전부 한 패턴 내로 섞여들어가 있는 경우가 많은데 리딩 상으로도 불편할 뿐더러(위에서 AR 낮추는 이야기가 나온 것도 맵의 readability가 AR에 의존하는 게 커서 높게 쓰셨기 때문일 거고요) 텐션이 1/4 갭들에만 극도로 집중되는 현상을 야기하지 않나 싶네요. 02:57:651 (7,8,1) - 와 같이요.

03:55:551 (9,10,1,2,3,4) - 특히 이런 부분에서 두드러지네요. 더욱 큰 디스턴스들이 1/4이고, 조금 더 작은 디스턴스가 1/2로 중간에 끼어들어 상당한 혼란을 야기하지 않을까 생각합니다.

04:33:051 (3) - 앞에서 04:31:851 (1,2) - 로 끊었으면 04:32:451 (1,2) - 까지 하고서도 뉴콤을 끊어주는 게 맞지 않을까요. 그 둘끼리만이 반복되는 패턴이기도 하고요. 01:21:051 (3) - 도요.

normal-hitnormal 사운드를 이용해서 힛사를 표현하신 것들이 있는데 그렇게 하면 소프트 히트노말이 들리지 않아서 매우 이질적으로 느껴지네요. 강력한 힛사가 아니라서 오히려 뮤트시킨 것 같은 느낌을 받았습니다. normal-hitclap 등으로 바꾸어서 addition으로 대신 쓰거나, soft-hitnormal도 커스텀으로 덜 이질적인 걸 추가하면 낫지 않을까 싶네요. 무엇보다 이 힛사는 언랭커블입니다.

이 노래를 뜯어다 보면 전체적으로 매우 업비트한 성향이 있다고 보는데, 100 브픔 식으로 1/2 갭들이 위화감이 없게 매핑을 하면 이 노래의 특징인 강한 드럼 사운드를 놓치는 것 같아서 200브픔 스타일로 매핑하는 대신 1/2 갭들이 매우 어색하고 뜬금없이 느껴지게 될테니 (인센에서 1/1 갭이 계속 나온다고 하면 이상하죠) 그걸 줄이기 위해서 이렇게 매핑했습니다.
