First of all, I would like to thank Kazuyo for lent me use the format of the post and voting (Kazuyo has been doing TOP CTB of Indonesia since 2012 )
These votes are made every year in social networks, but I decided to bring it to the Osu forums to be more "official", I hope they vote objectively thinking

- Each user can vote in 10 players and cannot vote for the same player, in MOD SPECIALIST can vote in 3 players
