1. Voting duration: November 30, 2016 --- January 15, 2017
2. Only votes casted in the appointed website are valid. Any other means of voting are invalid
3. For a player to be eligible, they must satisfy the following requirements.Userpage flag must be one of the following: Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, or MacauPerformance point is higher than 2800Play count is over 4000They must be active for the past half year.Banned or restricted players are not eligible.If ONLY ONE of the requirements among (2) to (4) cannot be met, mappers with over 5 ranked maps can also participate in the voting.
