[Archived] Extreme unplayable osu! lag

Problem Details: For whatever reason I have been receiving an amount of lag that prevents me from finishing any song past 2-stars. I tried disconnecting from my internet to see if that was the issue with no luck. I just want to be able to play osu! Any ideas? Video below showing what I mean.

Can you provide your PC specs and also what release stream of osu! are you running?

Is this only a recent issue?
