Why is this song.
[Cup]
00:12:607 (1) - A bit more emphasis for the noticiable volume increase on this vocal would be nice, maybe x:116?
00:16:710 (1) - Some more emphasis on this for the new section and higher pitch could work well, try x:368.
00:24:915 (1) - Again, more emphasis for pitch and strength in note would work nicely, x:488 would be great.
00:26:966 (4) - This one seems a bit stronger and so deserves a bit more emphasis than previous notes like it, try x:208.
00:40:300 (4) - For more vocal emphasis here and then emphasis on the change in section to the next note, you could try x:392 instead.
00:43:376 (4) - Again, whilst these are emphasised by slightly higher distances, I think even higher would be a nicer way to put emphasis on those vocals, x:240 would feel fantastic.
00:45:428 (1) - Same with this, x:240 again would be great.
00:48:505 (4) - I dislike how close to the wall this is simply because you can feel quite pushed against the wall, which ends up feeling uncomfortable to me. Try x:12?
00:49:530 (1) - Higher distancing for more emphasis into the strong note here and the start of the kiai, try x:316.
00:53:633 (1) - Maybe a slightly higher distance for this too for the strength of the vocals, not as much here though, x:208 would be fine.
01:05:941 (1) - Again, higher distance for more emphasis on strong note here and start of the new section, x:268 please.
01:10:043 (1) - x:376 for more emphasis on the higher pitch of this one compared to previous please.
01:14:146 (1) - x:120 would work as a fine emphasis to this for the instrument.
01:20:300 (3) - The pitch is slowly increasing here so having the distance the same for all 3 feels odd, I think a slightly higher distance, like x:176, would work fine here.
01:22:351 (1) - This one's slightly stronger than others so maybe try x:192 for slightly more emphasis.
[Salad]
The kiai is consistent with the cup, which is fine, but I think that one sounds a lot better, maybe change it here?
00:01:838 (4) - Maybe a tiny bit strong for a non-dash movement, maybe try reducing to like x:208.
00:03:889 (2,3) - I think something like x:184 would work well on this section, both for more emphasis on the flute on 2 and for more emphasis on change of line at 1.
00:10:556 (1) - Maybe try curving this something like this would work better to avoid the movement being too strong for a non-dash.
00:26:966 (3) - Again, a bit strong for a non-dash movement, try something like x:136 instead, and then 4 on x:176.
00:29:017 (1) - A bit strong for a non-dash movement, and this definitely isn't strong enough for a dash, given the decreasing pitch here, try x:344.
00:32:094 (5,6,1) - A bit of an inconsistency issue here with 00:15:684 (5,6,1) - , there the dash was to 6, here the dash is to 1, but the sounds are very similar, so be consistent by changing one, either works.
00:44:402 (3,4,5,6) - Maybe have a dash both to and from this, to for vocal strength and from for the strong sound on the 1 after this pattern.
00:47:479 (3,4) - Add a dash to this by moving it to x:120.
00:49:017 (6) - Slightly too strong distancing right now considering the direction change required, maybe reduce it to like x:456?
00:52:607 (4,5) - Distance to this is very strong, especially considering these notes aren't even that strong, I'd definitely reduce this quite a lot, x:304 would be nice.
00:57:735 (1,2) - Maybe try a dash to it by moving 1 to x:320 and 2 to x:160.
00:59:787 (4) - Reduce this to something like x:424 to make the movement more comfortable.
01:03:889 (3,4,5,6) - Far too hard for a salad. Get rid of all dashes except a dash to 3 and a dash to the next combo, they're the strongest notes so they deserve the dashes most (Considering double dashes are unrankable in salads).
01:10:043 (1) - It'd make more sense to have a dash to 1 and then normal movement to 2 here, as the actual change in the vocals happens at 1, 2 is just a continuation. Try moving 1 to the right and curving it a bit to the left to make this more fitting to the music.
01:14:146 (1) - Again, maybe nice to have a dash to this and then a normal movement to 2, as the strong instrument is introduced at 1, and 2 is just a continutation.
01:17:479 (5,6) - Maybe add a dash to 5 by moving it to x:40, and then move 6 to x:312 to avoid it being too strong.
[Platter]
00:04:402 (1) - Try x:56 on this for a nicer distancing to better emphasise the downbeat here.
00:27:735 (2) - I think a normal distancing to 2 would be nicer here as that is a lower pitch than the previous notes, try x:96.
00:30:043 (3) - Reduce the distancing here slightly, this is a bit too strong for a normal dash distance at this diffuclty, x:304 would be great, and then tilt it slightly to keep flow afterwards fine.
00:35:171 (1) - This distance feels too low as it is now, I think increasing this to like x:320 would feel a lot better flow-wise.
00:39:274 (1,2) - Is the same sounds as 00:37:223 (1,2) - , try to be consistent in the timeline here.
01:23:633 (4,1) - HDash to 1 here would be nice, maybe try moving 4 to x:112 and 1 to x:448.
[Pure Shitmapping]
00:23:889 - Until here, there are no normal dashes, which feels really weird to play considering the platter had a lot of normal dashes at this point (And there are definitely notes worth emphasising with normal dashes earlier on, so it sounds strange). Generally, this difficulty just needs more use of dashes (There are also some places where HDashes could be used but they're not as important and I feel as if you ignored them on purpose). Just go through and increase some distances for strong notes please, this goes for all the map until 00:33:120 - .
00:41:325 (1) - Kinda difficult to hit in this kind of difficulty, maybe reduce it to something like x:368?
00:44:402 (4,5,6,1,2) - A HDash from 6 to 1 would be nice, and a nice way to do this would be to move 00:44:402 (4,5,6) - to x:256 (Which also gives some extra emphasis to the strong vocal change on 4), and then Ctrl+G 1 and move it to x:56 and move 2 to x:412.
There are also a lot of inconsistencies of when dashes and HDashes are used in the rain which I would really like to see fixed.
Alright done. I'd recommend trying to get some more mods, especially on rain, before calling me back.
