PP bonus from Hiden \ Flashlight

Is +HD weight more pp than +FL? I checked a few leaderboards and it seems like that but i want some confirmations from experienced people. Sorry if this is a dumb question. I just want to know why +HD weight more because what i've learned from this post t/472288 +FL still should weight more (like in osu!standart). If not, what exactly i've missed? :? :? :?

I know the Formula you posted before.
and you can see there why hidden often gets more pp than FL

For Hidden you get two Bonuses
1. Multiplier 1.025 in Strain Value
2. Multiplier 1.1 at Final PP-Calc

For FL you only get one
1. Multiplier 1.05xLength Bonus in Strain Value

so if the map isnt really long and the Length Bonus is extremly high you will get more PP for HD
