Have a camera plugged in or already built in, go to sources, right click, video capture device, and choose which one, and then adjust it how you like in OBS.
I'm assuming you mean for streaming, yes?

Oh man... This has been getting to be a very popular question and there's a lot of confusion in general because of how "cool" it looks. xD

how do i get out of it? i randomly smash my keyboard out of rage and now its stuck in that mode
