Hot Key that places note just like the mouse, (but not the mouse)
When held, creates slider following location of cursor.

I don't see the need to add a hotkey just for circles and sliders. I haven't see any problem just moving over and clicking which one I want.

Due to how sliders are created, this will require a new .osu file type
Sliders exist of nodes, which all together create a slider (those grey/red things are nodes)
If you want a fluent slider by 'drawing' it, it will not look good at all

sometimes I found a perfect place.
giving a hotkey to change between sliders, circles, and spinners would be useful.
