Problem Details:
When playing with my Wacom bamboo tablet the cursor now freezes randomly.
I am using raw input.

I play dragging my pen across the tablet surface and F10 (Mouse Buttons) is disabled.
There are no dead spots in the tablet and the system is not under stress.
Stuttering cursor event is not caught in logs.
Haven't ran cutting edge for the performance log yet and I can if its needed.

Hello,
Have your checked the forums to properly setup your tablet?
You should go take a look

t/87301

Restarting osu!, your PC, and the tablet driver might help too.
Follow the instructions carefully and see if any changes affects performance

More pages here t/108959 // same model of your tablet

If the problem still persists, please provide more accurate information such as
When does the lag occur? When playing a map only or on osu! Wide?
Define how the "lag" is, is it stuttering (jumping or teleporting) how long? Or is it laggy like delayed? (Input lag)
Whenever your input stutters, does the frames drop aswell?
I couldn't view your video right now, if there's some information over there please tell me

The stutter looks like it's caused by Windows Ink. Can you disable it in the wacom settings? I don't know where exactly the option is on bamboo drivers but it should definetly be there.
